Meeting Tom was a game changer for me. Tom designed a training and nutrition plan which helped me progress significantly despite my busy schedule at work and multiple social commitments every week, resulting in a weight loss of 9kg over just 5 months, with most of it being fat. I’ve been working with Tom now for about 4-5 months and have already seen a huge improvement in my overall physique, posture and stress levels. Always enjoy my sessions with Tom. What impressed me when I first met Tom is that his approach to the ‘older’ client is sympathetic, and the exercise programme is age appropriate though still challenging and varied enough! Over the last few months I have noticed that my balance, posture and strength has greatly improved.

Tom is very professional and easy to get along with and together we have set sensible weight loss goals, that we are achieving month after month, he also took the time to write me a meal plan that really helped kick start things definitely recommend him!!
