As a 61 year old doing little exercise due to chronic problems with my back, he enabled me get active again.
Tom's a very patient instructor, which makes it easy to learn exercises, and keeps improving and varying the routines, to avoid things becoming monotonous and ensure I get the best out of our sessions.
His balance of encouragement to push my fitness levels, while understanding I'm no super human has been just right, motivating; without nagging, pushing, or judgement. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting to get their body to where they want it to be.
