Tom has been a wonderful PT during all the training sessions. He immediately recognised the areas that need improvement and he built up a person centred training programme to achieve my goal. His tailored programme alongside the explainer videos he sent enabled me to gradually improve my flexibility and strength and most importantly remain injury free.
