What to expect

Bespoke programme tailored to your personal needs

As with in person training, we will first discuss and evaluate your current level of fitness in a video consultation. We will take in to consideration what you want to achieve, what your current fitness levels are and any current or past injuries, all of this to help maximise each session we have together.

No equipment needed

As a functional fitness specialist, I prioritise training my clients with their own bodyweight. I can create, adapt and regress bodyweight exercises to help you achieve any fitness goal you desire. This being said I can easily incorporate any equipment you do have into your programme.

Video Support

Through the online training app, you will go through your workouts with the ability to watch video demonstrations should you need help with your form. You will also have the ability to send me photos or videos or your form to get personal feedback.

Weekly motivation and check ins

Via the in app instant messaging service, we will check in at least once per week. We will look to monitor the progress you have made with regular exercise testing and tracking different metrics. We will look to adapt your programme if any changes are required and I will be able to answer any questions you have regarding your workout programme or goals.

Ability to track your progress with ease

On your client portal you will be able to update metrics e.g., Body weight each week and measure your progress through the easy-to-read graphs. Further to this we will update your progress regularly to highlight improvements with your goals being there as constant reminder of what you are going to achieve. You will be able to upload regular progress pictures to highlight the positive impact your training is having on your body!

Freedom to train anywhere

The beauty of online coaching is it allows you to receive your tailored workout programme from wherever you are in the world. As long as you have an internet connection you are all set to go. You can login into the app from anywhere to see your upcoming sessions.

How it works

Consultation

Video Consultation/Initial Fitness Assessment (60-90 min) completely FREE.

During the consultation we will discuss you. This will aim to help us gage a clear focus of your goals and motivation to exercise as well as some exercise and medical history. It will also allow me to answer any questions you may have.

The second part will be the fitness assessment, this stage will be focused on understanding your physical capabilities. We will look at your movement patterns alongside testing you in areas specific to your goals whether that be strength, endurance, flexibility or balance. Using the data, we collect I will help advise you to form specific and achievable goals so we can make a plan of action on how to achieve them.

The main package

Your workout programme – via Trainerize.

I will send you your login link to the online training platform. From there you can start entering your basic details along with any initial pictures you want to upload before your programme starts. I will upload your exercise testing results. From there I will upload your tailored exercise programme for you to follow. As the weeks progress, we will have weekly check ins via the Trainerize messaging service (up to 30 mins), to adapt and change your programme where needed.

Post assessment

Post assessment (40-60 min session) – Via Skype or WhatsApp.

After completion of your programme, we will conduct the fitness assessments you completed at the start. From this we will be able to determine how well you progressed, whether you achieved your goal or you just missed the mark. It’s a time for reflection where honesty is key – did you put in the necessary work? After reflecting and celebrating the success of your fitness journey so far, we can then move on to setting new more ambitious challenges to conquer.
