I believe in fitness being accessible to everyone. Therefore, alongside running my PT studio I offer 1-1 mobile personal training sessions across Surrey including Ashtead, Leatherhead and Cobham. Let me bring the knowledge and equipment to you for maximum convenience and accountability.

Mobile personal training is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For more sessions per week you would have to mix a combination of both mobile sessions and training at my studio in Ashtead, Surrey. Feel free to contact me to discuss this in more detail.

For specific goals looking at changing your weight and body composition I provide nutrition guidance via my app.
