As you get older the unfortunate reality is that your muscles don’t stay as strong and as big as they once were in your 20s. In actual fact from the age of 30 onwards you can start to decline if you don’t do anything about it. From the age of 65 onwards however this increases dramatically with a loss of 40 % of your strength over a decade if you do not perform any exercise.
